Please note that TGW/ Fresco-en-team acts only as agents for tour members in all functions pertaining to hotel reservations, sightseeing tours and transportation of whatever nature. By your acceptance of the planned tour, TGW/ Fresco-en-team its affiliates and agents cannot be held liable for loss. Damage, injury or inconvenience caused by or resulting from occurrences, negligence or otherwise due to the malfunction of transportation equipment, strikes, war, earthquakes, fire, delays, thefts or any other unforeseen acts of nature. All efforts will be made by us for the successful and smooth running of the entire program.

Fare notice:

Rates will be subject to currency exchange and availability. TGW/ Fresco-en-team retains the right to alter price structure accordingly. Notice of fare changes will be given at least four  ( 4) weeks in advance of departure dates. The latest tariff at the time of departure is applicable.

Payments:

• Deposits are €150.00 per person by way of paypal and are NON-REFUNDABLE at all times. Please check our cancellation insurance offer.
• No refund of total amount paid if you cancel less than two (2) months (8 weeks) prior to departure.

Any add-on ( participant added late in the program) will need to be aware that TGW/ Fresco-en-Team will incorporate a €100.00 administration fee to cover late booking costs.

Pricing of Programs

Please be familiar of what is included in our program either in Tuscany and Provence.  We do not like last minute unexpected charges and for this reason we spell out exactly what is included in the program of your choice.

Travel Protection

We strongly advise you to take out passenger travel protection through us, with an insurance company of your choice or with a company of our recommendation. Please look at our attached link to Travelex Insurance, a company we have worked with for over two decades. In particularly look at the site referring to Covid 19 and insurance cover. Terrorism or state of war

Deposits are non refundable. If you are forced to cancel due to an act of terrorism or act of war and the US State department issues a warning not to travel to the particular destination of your choice, then TGW will do its utmost to retrieve any funds paid to suppliers in question. Any returned payments to TGW / Fresco-e-team will then be refunded to the participants.
